A warning
to horse owners???
All sounds rather peculiar ...
Occasionally there are some strange reports that horses have
been interfered with, having been found with their tails
plaited.
Having done some research with other counties Horse Watch schemes it
seems this may be the horses being marked and identified in preparation
for being stolen.
This has happened a couple of times in this county but not recently in our area.
I wish to just warn those in the equine world that if this is found
then to report it immediately.
